In Narendra Modi’s “New India,” Hindus continue to bleed—day after day. Yesterday’s cowardly terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir claimed at least 26 innocent lives. Families shattered. Dreams destroyed. Faith shaken.
But amidst this pain, a tale of two Indias unfolded.
💔 On one hand, aviation companies hiked airfares to ₹29,000+ for flights out of Srinagar, preying on desperate families trying to escape terror. Airline websites showed “Sold Out”, “No Flights Available”, or prices that insulted the trauma of survivors. This is not just inhumane, it is criminal profiteering during a national tragedy.
✈️ Even after warnings from Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu and DGCA, fare surges resumed within hours. So tell us, who truly controls this country—corporates or the government?
🌟 On the other hand, true India stood tall.
Local Kashmiris — the same people often painted with suspicion — opened their hearts.
- Hoteliers refused to charge for rooms or meals.
- Taxi and auto drivers ferried families for free.
- Pony service providers helped stranded tourists without asking for a rupee.
- Gurudwaras turned into sanctuaries of hope.
This is the India we believe in — not the one sold on TRP wars and fake nationalism, but the India where humanity beats politics.
And yet, where is our Prime Minister? Where is the outrage in his voice that once echoed over smaller tragedies? Why this selective silence?
🛑 This isn’t just about Kashmir.
It’s about accountability. About the failure of leadership. About the cold indifference of those in power while citizens burn under bullets and betrayal.
📣 India doesn’t need more slogans. India needs action.
India doesn’t need speeches. It needs security, humanity, and a spine of steel against terror and corporate greed alike.
Let’s honor the victims by demanding more.
Let’s remember this: Terror kills the body. Apathy kills the soul of a nation.
